Professor Thomas L. Floyd has a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (SMU) and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (UF). He has worked as a design engineer at Texas Instruments and senior engineer at Martin-Marietta (now Lockheed-Martin). In addition, he has over 5 years’ of experience in teaching and as department head of the Electrons Technology program at Valencia Community College, Orlando, FL, and over 5 years teaching electronics technology at Mayland Community College, Spruce Pine, NC.
