By the People: Debating American Government 4th Brief Edition (ePub/PDF) shows the vigor of American government and politics with much better teaching and learning tools that train students to Involve, Think and Debate now more than ever before.

Making use of a storytelling approach that links commentary with historical context, By the People: Debating American Government 4e studies the themes and ideas that lead the great debates in American government and politics. It acquaints students with big questions like “Who are we?”  “Who governs? ” “What does the government do?”, and “How does our system of government work?”. By stimulating college students with these questions, the ebook motivates them to think about, involve with, and debate the assets of the U.S. government and politics.
