Robert Haccoun

The science and practice of training and development is continually progressing. Managing Performance Through Training and Development 7th Canadian edition (PDF) reflects many of these signs of progress, like the increasing use of technology, training-on-demand, blended approaches to training delivery, and just-in-time learning, new paradigms of training evaluation, and techniques to improve the transfer of training. This textbook keeps a perfect balance between theory and research and practice and application, while offering relevant examples (many of them Canadian), to demonstrate the textbook’s concepts and principles.
