Dr. Albert J. Heuer is a Professor at the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies in the Division/Program of Health Care Management at Rutgers University, NY. He joined the Rutgers-SHP (formerly UMDNJ) faculty in 1996. He earned his MBA from the Fairleigh Dickinson University, his Ctf from UMDNJ - SHRP, and got a Ph.D. from the Seton Hall University.

Al Heuer has numerous awards under his belt. His research interests are in Respiratory Therapy, and in Health care quality management and the relationship amongst various indicators on institutional healthcare quality.
